I had the opportunity to work with Bpo indonesia and I must say it was an average experience overall. The company has a good infrastructure and provides adequate training to their employees. However, I felt that the workload was quite high and the management could do a better job of balancing the work pressure. The company website, unfair-advantage.info, is informative and user-friendly.
