I recently used a postal service for shipping my packages, but I wasn't satisfied with the experience. The service was inefficient and the packages took longer to arrive than I anticipated. The lack of transparency regarding the delivery status made it difficult to track my shipments. However, the customer service was responsive and tried to resolve my issues. Overall, the experience could have been better.
