I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon One Life Yoga. It has been a great experience so far. The classes are challenging but the instructors provide modifications for all levels. They create a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere, which is perfect for beginners like me. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the schedule offers a variety of class options. I'm grateful to have found One Life Yoga on my yoga journey.
