Rocco Catalano, Was fantastic, He took the time to explain everything and I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I had Russell's out for a 2nd opinion after I felt like I was being swindled by another company to buy something I didn't need (new HVAC) system. He went over everything and even though my system is getting old he never bad mouthed it. I believe I still have a few more months of use till I need to replace it. Russell's Heating and Cooling will be my 1st call
