My experience with Vacationr was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the variety of options available on the website, the customer service left much to be desired. It took them too long to respond to my queries and when they did, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. I hope they improve their customer support as it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
