I've been living in Broad River Trace Apartments for a year now, and I must say it has been a pleasant experience. The grounds are well-maintained, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the amenities, especially the swimming pool and gym. Overall, I would rate this place as excellent.
