The products from TKD Crystal Electronic Science and Technology are decent. They work as advertised and are reliable. However, I find the customer service to be lacking. Whenever I have a question or issue, it takes forever to get a response. It's quite frustrating. Overall, the company is okay but could definitely improve their customer support.
