The owner and project manager at F&M are as I hoped, true professionals. They called me on the phone, were thorough and responsive and we cleared up some miscommunication that in the end
was just bad luck. I am very happy they are going to estimate our job and provide a proposal for our project because this is the kind of company we need to do the job. Thank you Tom & Robert.

I spoke to a young man named Andrew who was nice over the phone and they have all the appearances of the kind of roofing company our HOA could use for a roof estimate and contracting. I was promised a response from the project manager on three occasions and gave a deadline for an estimate. Was never called back and on the day before the deadline was told the project manager was not interested and that was that. Extremely disappointed that the project manager couldn't bring himself to even make a phone call.
