I feel kinda bad for ECUA, I am a landscaper and deal with there pick up trash via curbside pick up. There are clear instructions on how to make sure it is a successful pick up but no one reads or understands this and blames ecua for not pick up there debris. For the 8 plus years I have been doing this work I have to say if you go by the guidelines they pick up your trash 99 percent of the time. I also have never had issues with water service or natural gas service. Gulf Power is a different story, we loose power constantly and get no notice ever.
