I recently used better, inc. services and overall, I had an okay experience. The team was professional and delivered the work on time. However, I felt that the service was lacking a personal touch. It would have been nice to receive more regular updates and have better communication. Nevertheless, they were able to meet my requirements and I appreciate their efforts.
