I have been using the bus service offered by Arriva Nederland for quite some time now. The service is generally good and reliable. The buses are comfortable and the drivers are friendly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality. Sometimes, the buses can be a few minutes late, causing inconvenience. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
