This company has a miserable service. 1.5 months ago I sent a technical support request that has not been processed until today. We have a maintenance contract for which we pay monthly money without receiving anything in return. We were originally mobilcom customers, their support was not very good, but the requests were at least processed. If I could not give stars I would do that too.
