As a customer of Ifks, I have had a pretty average experience overall. The customer service has been decent, but not outstanding. The website is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information, but it could use some improvements in terms of design. I have had a few minor issues with my orders, but they were resolved quickly. Overall, Ifks is just an average company in my opinion.
