D.c.t.s is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their services for a while now, and I haven't encountered any major issues. However, there is room for improvement. The customer support is not the best, sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
