I had a mixed experience with Bay Area Community Foundation. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had to contact them multiple times to get a response, and even then, the answers I received were not very helpful. The rate at which they processed my requests was also quite slow. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
