I had an overall average experience with Safety Mentor Associates. The company website smacsp.com is easy to navigate and find information. However, I felt that their customer service could be improved. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. They do have a decent range of services and solutions, but I expected more for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate my experience with Safety Mentor Associates as average.
