I have always been well attended until today where, I took a 45 year old Lord that provides service to our company to make a declaration of address because it has no proof of address and we were attended by an employee with total unpreparedness for service. even when he saw that the Lord did not have a good writing, he asked the clerk to fill out a handwriting, the Lord filled in as requested and we were informed by the clerk that he could not open a register because the Lord could not read / write and his signature was a I asked the clerk who informed him that he did not know how to read and write, that he was coercing our clerk since he was stating that the clerk, after signing the statement, putting the date and filling in the address on the record, did not know how to write and read. I wanted to question because I found an absurd and I asked the Lord to read the statement but the same embarrassed, upset and sad did not want, just wanted to leave. In the face of this absurd event and total unprepared care we went to another notary where we managed to authenticate the statement but the indignation, revolt and sadness to have to see our employee go through this remains. Not all people have a good writing and a good reading but this does not mean that they are illiterate, I have shame to encounter people like that in life !
