I have purchased a lot of high quality jewelry from great online companies. So I have a good perspective on both quality and service. First, it meant a great deal to me to find a company that was not heating or radiating the gemstones routinely. I like natural, high quality, non-enhanced gems. The Natural Sapphire Company provides excellent assurance up front about the stones they sell. The website depicts very high quality photos of the stones. Natural inclusions and coloration is easily seen in the online photos. Service was very personable and well-targeted to my needs. I would haver been willing to buy larger stones for the earrings I was purchasing, but Lauren thoughtfully guided me to the best size for my wife's ears. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I am planning my next purchase.
