Being rebuilt. (Brushed) Stainless steel and beam architecture. Looks like an observatory. Speer would cringe. But i must say this is no put down. It is quite interesting and they seem to be going for a unique style of their own, that one will not confuse with the average town hall. The area is Too hot for Me but plenty of eateries and pleasant walk arounds. Took BART to Berryessa, then MTA # 500 or 523 in to town. Now back to City where the wind doth blow.
