I recently hired a consulting firm for my business and decided to give Dyosa Consultores a try. Overall, my experience with them was average. The company website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. In terms of expertise, the consultants were knowledgeable and provided useful insights for my business. On the downside, their solutions felt somewhat generic and lacked a personalized touch. While they did deliver on their promises, I expected a bit more creativity and innovation. In conclusion, Dyosa Consultores is a decent consulting firm, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customized solutions.
