I recently tried out their medical alert system and found it to be reasonably effective. The setup was straightforward, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, there were a few hiccups with the billing process that were a bit frustrating. Additionally, I wish the equipment was more modern and sleek in design. Overall, the system provides peace of mind for my loved ones, but there is room for improvement.
