I recently used this company's services for a special occasion and was mostly satisfied with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a nice selection of products. However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar companies. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging of the items could have been better as some items were slightly damaged upon arrival. On a positive note, the customer service was friendly and responsive when I reached out about the damaged items. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend the company to work on improving the packaging and pricing to provide a better value for their customers. 🎁
