What I experienced on the phone with Ms. Koch today is really a cheek!
I had a question about Corona .. I could hardly speak because it said I should wait and look on the Internet.
Then I said that I would be worried because the vacation in Hamburg ended on Monday and I would like to have information (many were in Italy after all), the answer was that it would be nonsense that there was no information yet ..
When I asked why she was so rude, the lady hung up the phone ...
After that I was in the queue again for half an hour and then I was kicked out.
That can't all be true !!!
