I had the most pleasant buying experience! I had an unusual request, I needed to trade in two different vehicles (neither in great condition) and get something reliable for my upcoming move across the country to San Diego CA. I was very specific about how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted my payments to be. Our sales rep Ken Evans, was really great and found us the perfect car with my exact expectations. Everyone from Brad the sales manager to Tim the finance guy worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Another thing I really liked was the lack of pressure, they weren't trying to upsell me to a more expensive car and the whole process took only a couple of hours, unlike my last buying experience where I spent nearly all day trying to get a deal done. I can't recommend them any higher than 5 stars but if I could I'd give 10 stars! Go to Hayward Allen first, they care about the customer first not just getting a sale. My 17 yr old son wanted me to add that the office was comfortable feeling and that everyone was"super chill"!
