AWOID this hotel - paid booking cannot be trusted!

AWOID this hotel!

My friend and I booked a room each at this hotel in March via Hotels.com.
When we arrived after a 9 hours trip - in June - they had no rooms for us and they did not want to pay (extra cost for rooms in another hotel) even if Hotels.com confirmed that they had confirmed the rooms for us (they show us the proof).

Hotels.com had to help us but our holiday was ruined as we could only get a cold and humid cottage - 25 min walk on a hill top with no hotel service. Instead of a hotel room 3 min from the beach!

This hotel is a disgrace! Awoid at all cost!
