This place is run down! All of the plants are dyin...

This place is run down! All of the plants are dying or dead. The area is not well maintained. Some of the benches were rotted, the cactuses were not groomed off the path, and fountains were full of plants/green muck. If you want to see the desert, go hike anywhere and save yourself the $15/person.
