The overall experience with Main Kevin N was okay....

The overall experience with Main Kevin N was okay. The customer service was reasonably responsive and the delivery was within the expected timeframe. However, the product quality was not exceptional and it fell short of my expectations. For the price I paid, I expected a better product. It's not bad, but I'm not overly impressed either.
