An important ministry that has the responsibility to protect the citizen s health, provide the necessary health care and services, and expand the free health insurance umbrella .. but unfortunately the ministry does not play its role effectively in all health aspects and is in dire need to develop and improve its services .. such as developing health insurance services and extracting insurance cards, which Sometimes it takes a lot of time and effort, and sometimes it is quick and good .. In general, this process should be simplified, not complicated. . Although the monthly deductions are large, health services in government centers and hospitals are often not good and do not deserve the sums paid by the citizen, and the necessary medicines and specialists in some important and vital specialties are not available, and there is a role and a long and humiliating queue and long, impotent appointments that are sometimes after several months in clinics Hospitals and hygiene are very poor in some government hospitals. Also, some devices are out of order, and there is no alternative except in other hospitals, and they need a referral, long procedures, sloppiness and prejudice. If you are treated at the University of Jordan Hospital, there is a rate of 20% and the bill is high, as the hospital calculates fantastic prices on government health insurance because it knows that government payments will be delayed, so it is important for the citizen to pay as much as possible. As for the Ministry of Health building, it is a beautiful and new building next to Prince Hamzah Hospital, which I unfortunately tried once, and it was a bad experience as some injections and medicines were not available in emergencies and I had to buy them from pharmacies outside the hospital .. The diagnosis was not correct and the health problem was not properly solved except in the university hospital, which Unfortunately, it also suffers from a decline in services, but it remains the best available .. As well as Al-Salt Hospital, it has many problems, such as severe overcrowding and long waiting in the outpatient clinics ... and poor hygiene inside the hospital. As for Ain Al-Basha Hospital, there is nothing wrong with the worst that I have seen in my life, severe negligence, poor services, indifference to patients and lack of respect for them .. And also doctors are indifferent except to those who have mercy on God and try to relieve patients through direct and indirect methods, such as if the doctor tells you to go to the university hospital for the best. Or there is no technician for the ultrasound device .. I ask the Minister of Health and officials in the Ministry of Health, government hospitals and health centers to improve the situation. Truthfully, the situation is unbearable and sorry. I could not be flattered, as this is the bitter truth. There are also insufficient places to queue at the Health Insurance Department, health centers and government hospitals, and visitors are violated near these crowded places. In the end, I would like to thank some of the officials, employees, doctors, and technicians who are diligent and dedicated in their work despite the difficult situation in this sector and this ministry ..
