I've been a customer of Opensoft ru for a few years now and I must say the service they provide is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality, there have been a few instances where I had to deal with customer support for various issues and the response time was quite slow. Overall, I would rate Opensoft ru as an average company.
