This company likes to change the date of last activity on an account that I do not own. Kevin is a very rude individual who likes to talk down to people even when they are being polite to him. No one deserves to be spoken to in that manner. The account they claim I own has been dormant for well over the 6 year statue of limitations law in Ontario. They fail to provide the proper information and reconcile the report with equifax. Poor poor company that from what I hear from Kevin enjoys commiting fraud by changing the dates of last payment on accounts.

Here is a link to the laws regarding how the limitation laws work so everyone knows their rights. This company will try to collect on debts that are out side of the 6 year law by changing the date of last payment. Which is against the law.
