It's extremely difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone and make an appointment. Once you're in the door, the care is mediocre to bad. I ultimately decided to go elsewhere after Dr. Carpenter saw me once, gave a disinterested and pessimistic prognosis, then cancelled my follow-up appointment twice (I took time off work both times). I couldn't be rescheduled until many weeks later, and subsequent efforts to make an appointment failed because no one was "available" to schedule it (with any doctor, not just Dr. Carpenter). A waste of time and sick days, with exactly zero progress made toward resolving my issue.
