The hotel needs to update their room description on its website. I booked a room in this hotel believing that they have Sky Sports in the room as per room description. But upon arrival I saw none of the 3 Sky Sports channel is working.

I was upgraded into Club room. Wonderful I thought. Then next morning I found out the lounge is closed for weekend. So I called guest service and was told that breakfast is served in restaurant when Club lounge is closed during weekend.

Good I thought. I had a breakfast in the main restaurant. And left. When I check out the reception told me that I had to pay for breakfast. But I was not told when check in to the hotel, not when I called guest service to ask about the lounge opening time, not when I entered the restaurant nor when I left. So the hotel waived the breakfast charge. However I was not really happy for the false advertisement of Sky Sports as well as the breakfast issue.

I sincerely hope this hotel can do better, maybe remove Sky Sports from its room description as a great start.
