New changes this year (bought by Newton Medical) have made this place a disaster.
They have lost records, scheduled unnecessary appointments, failed to submit referrals to insurance, documented information inaccurately. Multiple family members including infant seen here so several visits... not one without an issue requiring me to get on the phone and make several calls just to clear up their errors.
I put 3 stars because the place is clean, people seem nice (though incompetent), and I mean, they didn t kill any of us so that s nice.
