March 28, 2018 a friend of mine received a text message saying her refund was being processed. She used to work for a Dunkin owned by bluemont and when she left she was supposed to be reimbursed for the shirts she had to initially buy as part of her uniform. Those shirts were returned after her last day there. She HAS YET to receive her refund. Is it normal procedure for a check to take over a YEAR for processing? If so may I kindly suggest a reform of policy? This just seems like a slightly inefficient way of managing money. Maybe that s just me?
