I had a mixed experience with Althea Systems. While their website, shufflr.tv, is visually appealing and easy to use, I found the content to be lacking. There were not as many videos available in the genres I enjoy, which was disappointing. Additionally, the streaming quality was average, with occasional buffering interruptions. However, the customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
