My time at Apec-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center was average. The trainers were informative, but the content could have been more engaging. The facilities were satisfactory, but I expected them to be better. The staff was friendly, but sometimes seemed overwhelmed. Overall, I had an average learning experience at this training center.
