As a customer, I appreciate the efforts of the organization in showcasing and preserving Indian culture. The events and activities organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations are always top-notch. The team deserves applause for their dedication. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of digital presence and accessibility. Overall, a positive experience!
