I recently switched my electricity provider to Trustpower and so far, the experience has been positive. The online signup process was quick and easy. The customer support team was prompt in addressing my queries. The rates offered by Trustpower are reasonable compared to my previous provider. Overall, I would rate Trustpower as great.
