I recently purchased some products from Gupta Metal Industries and I must say the experience was average. The quality of the products was satisfactory, but the customer service needs improvement. The website was easy to navigate and I had no issues with the ordering process. However, when I had a query, it took a long time to get a response from the support team. Overall, an average experience.
