Don't try to make any changes after hours or on the weekend because nobody will call you back. We bought a car at 6pm on a Friday night, so we needed to adjust our current policy to reflect this new vehicle. We were told someone would call us back. When??? Who knows!! Am I covered? Is my car covered? I have no idea.
