Ordered On-line on the 1/12/20, money taken out of my account on the 2/12/20. Expected Delivery date 9/12/20. After E-mailing and speaking to the customer complaints team I still have no update on the 18/12/20 of when I can expect my order. The order is a Xmas present for my son, yet they can t tell me when I can expect my order or if it would arrive before Xmas. Really poor customer service.
