I had a really average experience with Tandem support. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in my problem. I was able to eventually get my issue resolved, but it took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
