I have been a customer of Rtp for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have some good products, their customer support is lacking. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, but whenever I have had an issue or question, it takes forever to get a response. I would recommend Rtp for their products but not for their customer service.
