I have been a customer of Nova Pride for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good range of products, their customer service could be improved. There have been times when the staff was not very helpful and I had to wait for a long time to get assistance. Overall, Nova Pride is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
