I had a mixed experience with Buy Design Sales Group. While the quality of their products was great, their customer service left much to be desired. The items I ordered took a long time to arrive, and when they finally did, one of them was damaged. It took several phone calls and emails to get a replacement, and even then, it took another few weeks. Overall, I would rate them as average and hope they improve their customer service.
