The attention from the staff left much to be desired. We were two women with a one year old baby and a car and the other pregnant and they never helped us with our luggage. They gave us the first floor and a very old and bad looking room. The elevator to get there seems about to break down and it takes a long time to go just one floor.
We asked for a room change and it took them an hour to relocate us. The new room was basic, not like the pictures on the internet.
The pools are nice and big, as is the terrain. The restaurant is good.
For the attention and the bedrooms we did not find it great service. They should improve
