I applied to live at Overlook Gardens in Macon, GA...

I applied to live at Overlook Gardens in Macon, GA. Everything is online and easy, but they charge an app fee of $60 then an admin fee of $50 and the deposit of $250. Now that I am not approved they say that money was never taken from my account. I am having to work with my bank to reverse charges. Unprofessional management team that does not understand the system and how to use it. Contacted the property and management company with no help from either.
