I had a counselling session with Maith, Rick L C S W and it was an average experience. He seemed knowledgeable and professional, but I didn't really feel a strong connection with him. The session felt a bit rushed and I wasn't able to fully express everything I wanted to discuss. Overall, it was an average session.
