I have been working at Qualcomm Innovation Center for several years now and I must say that it has been an average experience overall. The company provides a decent work-life balance and good compensation. However, there are some areas where improvements can be made. The management could be more proactive in addressing the concerns of the employees and providing career growth opportunities. Additionally, the work culture could be more inclusive and collaborative.
