I would rate Pledgeback as average. They have a decent website and the overall user experience is satisfactory. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of customer support and response time. The response I received was not prompt and it took longer than expected to get my query resolved. Overall, Pledgeback is an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
